Hi there. Welcome to It’s Only Homeschooling.
My name is Kimberly. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor turned Homeschool Mom of one.
I started this blog in 2021, two years into our homeschooling experience. It is a love letter to my husband and son, and the commitment we share in our pursuit of authentic, lifelong learning. For us, “school” is more than grades, test scores, or accumulating facts and data. We view education as a journey, not a destination.
In any journey, there are hills and valleys, challenges, and triumphs. At times the path before us may appear daunting. The days are long. The years are short. One thing is certain. We remain focused on what matters most: Faith. Family. Freedom.
Our deepest hope is for you and your family to know this same sense of unshakable peace and comfort as you learn with and from one another. Moms, dads, working parents, and stay-at-home-parents – this site was created with you in mind. Through the pages of this blog, you will find resources for parents, teaching tips, product reviews, inspiration, humor, guidance, comfort, camaraderie, and faith.
